At Itsy Bitsy, we want you to love every purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Simply follow our easy process to receive a full refund or exchange for a different item.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Itsy Bitsy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
